Skills
Leadership
Between Audio Engineering, Boy Scouts, Pride of the Southland, and Dacosi, I've had to lead various teams with a variety of skill levels. despite this "challenge," I've learned that leaning into peoples' strengths while working on their weaknesses is the key to creating a successful team.
Technology
While my major is Psychology, I have also completed work with sketch up, X32, SolidWorks, excel, Wix, Shopify, and other various applications.
Team building
As stated earlier, one of the most important things I've learned was how to work with people and their strengths. This quickly turned into a passion of mine and is why I'm looking for work in Industrial psychology.
